Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision and training to our team members, and collaborating with families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
  • Collaborate with families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Write and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Current BCBA certification
  • 2+ years of experience as a BCBA
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
