Collaboration and Teamwork: Promotes a collaborative work environment, assisting colleagues to achieve optimal departmental outcomes. Engages with other healthcare professionals to resolve issues and meet patient-specific goals.

Service Excellence: Accurately processes all medication orders, ensuring appropriateness concerning patients' diagnoses, allergies, and physical parameters. Demonstrates sound judgment in patient care decisions and documents outcomes influenced by pharmaceutical interventions.

Quality and Safety: Works alongside healthcare teams to manage drug therapies effectively, minimizing adverse effects and interactions while adhering to established guidelines. Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including proactive therapy reviews and patient counseling.

Financial Stewardship: Upholds pharmacoeconomic standards in medication therapy, avoiding complications and ensuring cost-effective practices.

Education and Experience: Candidates must possess a graduate degree from an accredited pharmacy program and meet specific residency or clinical practice experience requirements.
