Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at Eurofins Bio Diagnostics Inc, you will be responsible for leading both inbound and outbound marketing activities to provide strategic oversight and message creation for assigned service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive market growth in strategic verticals by leading and managing research, communications, campaigns, ad buys, digital content, technical publications, and sales communication supporting the industry.
  • Collaborate with Eurofins businesses to create marketing strategies and tactics to support business objectives and to keep projects and expectations on track.
  • Develop compelling content that resonates with current and future customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and refine content to prescribe Eurofins thought leadership and promote its services.
  • Develop value propositions, marketing tools, and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a scientific discipline such as chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, food science, or similar field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in the food industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (marketing, sales, client services, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success at building customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Excellent understanding of scientific principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • High competency in organizational, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities to meet aggressive deadlines in a high-volume work environment.
  • Effective listening skills with the proven ability to be self-directed and work independently and in a team environment.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate key technical concepts effectively.
