Palliative Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team at the University of Virginia. As a Palliative Care Physician, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients with serious illnesses.
Responsibilities- Co-manage and attend on a busy palliative consult service and hospice unit
- Facilitate one or more outpatient clinics
- Education of trainees
- MD degree and board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Medicine
- Experience in palliative consult services preferred
Opportunities for funded research may be available. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Charlottesville and Central Virginia area offers an excellent community for both personal and professional activities.
