Job Summary:

Belcan is seeking a highly skilled NDT Level II Technician to join our team in Greenville, SC. As an NDT Level II Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of various components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and oversee critical inspections, providing clear, accurate, and concise interpretation of inspection results utilizing both manual techniques and advanced NDT inspection systems.
Provide essential support for various organizational activities, including proposal development, equipment maintenance, process instruction revisions, new test method development, interpretation of customer technical specifications, and identification of productivity enhancements.
As needed, assist with or act as a backup for inspections utilizing complementary NDT methods, contributing to the team's flexibility and comprehensive capabilities.

Requirements:

Certified in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) at the NDT Level II, demonstrating a high level of expertise and understanding in these methods.
Experience with and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by 3D printed materials and welded assemblies.
A proactive learner and innovator, eager to stay informed about the latest developments in NDT technologies and practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop training materials and effectively convey complex information to technicians of varying skill levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and implementing solutions to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency.
