Job Title:

Service Technician - Class II to III

Job Summary:

As a Service Technician - Class II to III, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a wide range of DX systems, including air-cooled DX chillers, and will be expected to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
  • Work with a wide range of DX systems, including air-cooled DX chillers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including theory, principles, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience is preferred. Class I and II certification is required, and EPA Universal certification is preferred. Pneumatic controls are a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

A valid driver's license and Class I and II certification are required. EPA Universal certification is preferred.
