ROLE PURPOSE

The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring a fun and meaningful experience for our members and guests during every visit. This role includes warmly greeting members, fostering personal connections, addressing concerns promptly, maintaining equipment organization, and ensuring the facility remains clean and inviting. The Customer Experience Associate plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression, promoting memberships, facilitating upgrades, and conducting tours for guests and members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit a genuine and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and members.
  • Welcome guests and members with a smile, maintaining eye contact and a courteous tone.
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and members, providing clear guidance and accurate information.
  • Familiarize yourself with membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class offerings.
  • Conduct club tours, assist with membership sales, facilitate upgrades, and schedule personal training consultations.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team.
  • Perform daily responsibilities to uphold VASA's high standards, including check-in processes, cleaning duties, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
