Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fiber Network Specialist to join our team at Triage Partners CA, LLC. As a Fiber Network Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fiber optic networks, ensuring high-speed internet and telecommunications services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair fiber optic cables, jumpers, and outside/inside wiring
  • Make various attachments to poles and buildings, including mounting ONTs, power supplies, and battery backups
  • Install internet hubs and routers, and configure home networking systems
  • Work at heights, including climbing poles and ladders, and crawling under dwellings and in attics
  • Install Coax and CAT5 wiring, and troubleshoot network issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Own truck, van, or SUV with ladder rack, and necessary tools and equipment
  • Android smartphone and laptop for job-related tasks
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including lace-up boots, hard hat, reflective safety vest, fall resistor, and safety cones
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
