Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Employee to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging our finished products in accordance with prescribed procedures. You will also work with computer-controlled equipment and manually operated machines to ensure they are set up properly and producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing with Care: Prepare finished products in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures.
  • Technical and Manual Machine Operating: Work with computer-controlled equipment and manually operated machines to ensure they are set up properly and producing high-quality products.
  • Managing Machine Performance: Ensure machines are stocked and working at full capacity, maintained well, and perform periodic checks while inspecting the product.
  • Following Best Practices: Prepare equipment for production while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and using safety precautions.
  • Set the Pace: Responsible for setting production into motion by mixing ingredients for our world-class cereal.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position.
  • Physically able to stand for long hours and lift at or above the waist at a maximum of 50 pounds.
  • Flexible with work schedule, overtime, and holidays.
  • Understanding of basic math to solve problems and manage through on-the-job tasks.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions, verbal and written.
