Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse, following individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Document services performed on our computerized charting system.
- Observe residents and report any changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and medication administration.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the highest level of care.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will provide training.
- A passion for geriatric care and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule and be flexible as needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
