Lead Night Caregiver

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Care Partner to join our team at The Geneva Suites. As a Night Care Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms, behaviors, and conditions to the nursing team.
  • Document services performed and observations during shift in our electronic charting system.
  • Engage with residents through activities, conversations, and other forms of interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sweeping, mopping, and performing other household tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of NIGHT care giving experience.
  • Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Love to care for others.
  • Previous caregiving experience - preferably in an Assisted Living setting.
  • CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
  • Dependable and able to work a consistent work schedule that includes every other weekend.
  • Able to read/write and communicate effectively in English.
