Job DescriptionAre you a skilled caregiver looking to take on a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Night Caregiver at The Geneva Suites.

As a Lead Night Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while also guiding and supporting our night care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and medication administration
  • Lead and support the night care team, ensuring that all staff are on time and that staffing coverages are maintained
  • Provide guidance and training to new night care partners
  • Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms, behaviors, and conditions to the nursing team
  • Document services performed and observations during shift in our electronic charting system

Requirements
  • 1+ year of night caregiving experience
  • Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment in high-pressure situations
  • Love to care for others
  • Previous caregiving experience, preferably in an Assisted Living setting
  • CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required
  • Dependable and able to work a consistent work schedule that includes every other weekend
  • Able to read/write and communicate effectively in English
