About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Systems (BAS) specialist to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing and integrating BAS systems across various locations.

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain BAS systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Work closely with facility management personnel to ensure seamless integration and operation of BAS systems.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality performance of BAS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to improve system efficiency.
  2. Aid building operations teams in daily troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC systems, focusing on BAS controls, components, networks, and devices.
  3. Monitor alarm management, performance, programming, building occupancy schedules, temperature set points, lighting controls schedules, submeters, histories, trends, and other systems.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in BAS technologies.
  5. Provide technical assistance to colleagues and stakeholders on BAS-related matters.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years' experience working with control systems, including Trane, Tridium, Niagara, Distech, Johnson Controls Metasys, Rover, Distech, and Honeywell Building Automation System components and integration.
  • Hold Tridium AX & N-4 Certification.
  • Prior experience in PM/HVAC/BAS/CMMS Analytics is required.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
