Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transportation Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and constructing municipal transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams in the planning, design, and construction of transportation projects
  • Manage work programs, project schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver complete design and project bid packages
  • Provide construction support and assist with business development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant civil engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington
  • Project management experience on roadway projects
  • Experience managing municipal or public-sector projects
  • Ability to lead, train, motivate, and work within a team
  • Ability to develop productive, long-term relationships and communicate with clients, peers, and management
  • Proven comprehensive plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) delivery experience
  • Project management experience, including developing scopes of work, reviewing invoices, and managing client communications
