Job SummaryWe are seeking an Administrative Professional to provide administrative support to one or more physicians and/or advanced providers. This role involves managing calendars, clinical schedules, and coordinating departmental activities.
Responsibilities- Manage provider calendars and clinical schedules
- Coordinate departmental personnel activities, including travel itineraries and reimbursements
- Facilitate onboarding of new faculty and staff
- Attend bi-monthly division staff meetings and participate in discussions
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- One year of experience in clerical or general office support required
This position requires day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
