Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team at Addison Group. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in managing and reviewing manufactured housing real estate loan documentation to ensure it meets company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System
  • Prepare required disclosures and gather all necessary documentation and information for the loan
  • Submit and follow up on orders placed with third-party service providers
  • Maintain and manage loan files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, including underwriters, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and dealers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Professionalism and ability to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to maintain consistent communication and record keeping
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with database management systems
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Call center environment preferred
