Role Overview
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing significant connections with both potential and existing clients. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our sales manager and the sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's culture, services, and unique value proposition.
  • Work alongside the sales manager to devise effective sales strategies and create marketing materials.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through outreach efforts, including cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare high-quality sales presentations and attend client meetings.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to inform potential clients and address any objections.
  • Complete necessary documentation and prepare agreements for the sales manager's review.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Keep accurate client records and updates.
  • Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and training sessions as needed.
  • Address and manage client concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide daily updates on results and achievements to the sales manager.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in sales performance.
  • Strong grasp of the sales process and market dynamics.
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices and excellence in client service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating quick rapport with clients.
  • Professional demeanor in business interactions.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED.
