Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Specialist II to join our Commercial Banking team. As a Client Specialist II, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities and provide value-added services.
- Proactively assess client needs and propose solutions to deliver and meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other operations and support groups to grow relationships internally and provide seamless service to clients.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking with a client-focused role.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal partners and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
