Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal client experience
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to best serve clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
