Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring all products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or food service environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
