Job Title: Interim Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Interim Administrator. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our organization during a transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, answering inquiries and redirecting them as necessary.
  • Assist in managing and organizing company data, including maintaining databases, updating records, and generating reports as required.
  • Support ongoing projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and assisting with documentation and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between staff members, management, and external partners, facilitating communication and ensuring information flows smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
