Job Description:

We are seeking a Dental Recruiting Coordinator to support our expansion. As a key member of our team, you will have a clinical background in dentistry with exposure to staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and seeking qualified applicants for opportunities within current markets by leveraging our current pipeline and online posting platforms
  • Creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to determine the best fit for the company
  • Developing a bench of qualified candidates in preparation for market expansion
  • Building relationships with industry-specific schools, alumni groups, and dental organizations
Requirements:
  • Clinical background in dentistry
  • Exposure to staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or training
