Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Coordinator, Marriage will provide exceptional support to customers with a focus on building relationships and delivering a superior service experience. This role will work closely with the Team Leader, Customer Experience to ensure a world-class guest experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Offer excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to meet the specific needs of customers
- Approve guest registrations and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate
- Serve as a point of contact for pulling reports, troubleshooting concerns, and performing administrative tasks
- Assist in managing the waiting list for all WinShape Marriage events
- Coordinate sending of pre-event and post-event communication for all WinShape Marriage events
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, Customer Experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to create solutions to complex problems
- Process-driven and detail-oriented
- Ability to travel between Rome, Georgia and Atlanta, Georgia regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Cvent and/or Asana
- Experience speaking or working with individuals or couples walking through sensitive and often difficult issues

Driver's License:
Must hold or obtain a valid driver's license for the state in which they are hired and have an acceptable driving record.
