Additionally, you will devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies for products such as industrial equipment and machinery, power equipment, server systems, machine tools, and measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex engineering tests, checkouts, and development engineering tasks.
  • Analyze engineering test results and implement changes to resolve problems.
  • Collect data, analyze results, and implement procedures.
  • Review project instructions and blueprints to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problem, and possible solutions.
  • Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate advanced skills to conduct on-the-job training and/or lead/guide other employees.
  • Serve as an expert/consultant in manufacturing line skills with other employees.
  • Typically require an Associate's degree, military training, equivalent vocational training, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically require 10 years of related experience.
