Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality chart audits to assess adherence to established standards and Medicare guidelines.
- Complete daily note reviews and provide finalization approval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, including ICD and procedure codes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with maintaining scheduling guidelines for providers, supply PAR levels, and graft inventory.
- Work with the clinical director on provider wound documentation education.
Qualifications:
- LPN degree required.
- Active LPN license with no restrictions.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role.
- Wound care or healthcare experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
