Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality chart audits to assess adherence to established standards and Medicare guidelines.
  • Complete daily note reviews and provide finalization approval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, including ICD and procedure codes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining scheduling guidelines for providers, supply PAR levels, and graft inventory.
  • Work with the clinical director on provider wound documentation education.

Qualifications:

  • LPN degree required.
  • Active LPN license with no restrictions.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role.
  • Wound care or healthcare experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
