Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple large projects, overseeing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate design and architecture sessions with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior consultants in project management, business analysis, and technical skills.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project scope documents, including estimates and project schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 development, including customizations, data migration, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of SQL Integration Services, Factory/Logic Apps, KingswaySoft, and other related technologies.
- Experience with Azure services, including Azure Services & API, and Azure Administration.
- Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
Qualifications and Skillsets
- Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 project management, business analysis, and technical lead roles.
- Sound knowledge and/or certification in project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization.
