- Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise.
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (if required by state law).
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (if required by state law).
- Attention and Focus: The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
- Customer Service Orientation: Actively look for ways to help people, and do so in a friendly manner.
- Communication Skills: Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Mathematical Reasoning: The ability to use math to solve a problem, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- PTCB National Certification.
CVS Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $16.00 - $27.00 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
