About Our Practice

Hilltop Dental Studio is a dynamic and supportive dental practice that fosters a collaborative environment for our dedicated staff to grow professionally and provide exceptional patient care. With a 5-star general practice reputation, we strive to deliver the highest quality patient care while ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments in a timely manner.
  • Verify insurance coverage for all clinical appointments to ensure seamless billing processes.
  • Collect all monies due for services rendered, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary to optimize office efficiency.
  • Greet and check patients in and out, providing a warm and welcoming experience before and after treatment.
  • Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Manage Account Receivable, including sending billing statements, aging reports, and collections as applicable.
  • File insurance pre-determinations to facilitate smooth claims processing.
  • Conduct financial consultations with patients when new treatment plans are presented, as applicable.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
