Project Manager Opportunity at Bohler

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bohler, a leading land development consulting and site design services firm. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading land development projects for private sector clients, working closely with top real estate professionals to identify opportunities and create successful projects that transform communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead land development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Project Managers and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • 7+ years of civil engineering experience on land development projects for private sector clients.
  • Experience in single-family residential, data centers, and manufacturing facilities development.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performance site design teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
