  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and resolving issues in accordance with dealership policy.
  • Monitor and control department expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Service Department personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous Service Manager experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
