Key Responsibilities- Food Hub Marketing (40%): Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and increase market share across institutional, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. Highlight climate-friendly and sustainable food production methods, and create demand for climate smart agricultural products.
- Organizational Communications (30%): Implement and lead our communications strategy to enhance brand recognition and credibility. Manage websites and social media, craft persuasive and engaging content, and track and evaluate communications performance.
- Value Chain Development and General Operations (30%): Actively engage with partners and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial collaborations that drive food hub sales and enhance our food systems. Build strong relationships, maintain accurate and timely communications, and represent Working Landscapes at key events and conferences.
- Sales-Focused Mindset: Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Communication: Superior skills in crafting compelling messages and persuasive communications that drive engagement and conversion.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive revenue.
- Tech-Savvy and Adaptive: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, WordPress, and Monday, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
