Position Overview
The HR Technology Solutions Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to convert HR operational requirements into technical specifications, leveraging a deep understanding of HR principles and methodologies to design and deploy technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable solutions, system enhancements, and opportunities for process optimization within HR Technology products and associated HR functions.
- Manage business-side coordination for HR Technology applications, including feature sets, process workflows, and communications, while assessing the implications of proposed modifications.
- Utilize knowledge of HR best practices to guide process design and the development of business requirements.
- Collect business requirements and use cases for product features, process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and project rollouts related to HR technology products.
- Convert business needs into technical specifications and recommendations for system development.
- Lead HR technology project tasks, including the design and modification of HR business processes, change management strategies, and communication plans.
- Define, model, and document both current and future state business processes.
- Proactively assess complex HR business solutions to identify process deficiencies and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and performance through automated systems or process modifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to guide business units through user acceptance testing to ensure HR systems fulfill the defined requirements.
- Explore new features of applications and related technologies in partnership with IT colleagues.
- Stay informed about features and roadmaps for assigned HR Technology portfolio products.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives by participating in strategic planning discussions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a business analyst capacity, focusing on requirements gathering for internal/external clients, user acceptance testing, and mapping existing business processes.
- At least 1 year of experience in the human capital or human resources sector.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Eligibility to obtain public trust clearance.
- US Citizenship is a requirement for federal contracts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR technologies/modules (Core, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, etc.) on leading platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Workday).
- Understanding of Human Resources best practices across various functional areas (e.g., workforce planning).
- Experience in consulting within the Public Sector.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position, based on full-time employment, is between $112,000 and $191,273.00.
