Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop new Personal Lines and Personal Auto insurance products to meet market demands.
- Evaluate and implement price level adjustments by state to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to improve risk rating, efficiency, and effectiveness of the underwriting process.
- Work with various levels of management to schedule operations and project phases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance product development or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $140,000.
