Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store during the evening shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff during the evening shift
- Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Perform opening and closing duties, including counting tills and balancing the cash register
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
