At Pioneer Search Group LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive success. This role is responsible for managing all branch functions and personnel, ensuring high-level performance and maximizing customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service operations at competitive costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all branch operations, including service, parts, and sales, with direct customer contact and oversight of billing cycles and equipment inventory.
  • Lead and develop staff to achieve performance goals; promote teamwork and resolve conflicts.
  • Supervise and schedule work for a diverse team, enabling them to meet performance and quality standards.
  • Maintain positive communication with staff and customers, presenting information in a supportive and professional manner.
  • Analyze and prioritize information to draw accurate conclusions and manage competing priorities.
  • Design, implement, and refine systems to optimize performance and manage complex processes.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and motivation of staff; maintain adequate staffing levels for efficient operations.
  • Monitor department goals and objectives to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics; lead by example.
  • Manage profit and loss for Service, Parts, and Rental lines of business.
  • Promote safety and enforce safety rules and policies within the branch.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience required.
  • 2-5 years in a service-related industry preferred; experience in material handling is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience with 2-6 direct reports preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office Professional and Windows.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicable government regulations, including OSHA (preferred).
