Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance in remodeling, maintenance, or new construction projects for our facilities. You will be expected to maintain equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as our internal policies and procedures. Your role will involve working closely with your team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.


Key Requirements:
  • Must be proficient in speaking and understanding English.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
  • Availability to work four (4) ten-hour days per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of various trade skills including electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, carpentry, and more.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, carpentry, masonry, drywall, painting, and tile installation.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
  • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is required.
  • Ability to assist with loading and unloading materials, and maintaining cleanliness at job sites.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback.
  • Capable of interacting professionally with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
