Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction equipment, including hydraulic, chassis, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team, to meet deadlines and achieve high-quality results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and factory representatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of experience in construction equipment maintenance and repair.
- Excellent knowledge of hydraulics, chassis, PTO systems, electrical controls, and ram/cylinder repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
