Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in all facets of residential construction tasks.
  • Oversee the installation of insulation, drywall hanging (both 1/2 and 5/8), and ensure quality finishing and texturing as required.
  • Execute painting duties for both interior and exterior surfaces, including cabinetry, while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to team members, promoting a cooperative and productive work atmosphere.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy and organized workspace throughout the project.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards consistently.
Qualifications
