Job Summary

Orion Talent is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and optimal customer satisfaction to maintain profitability. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring efficient operations and optimal customer satisfaction
  • Manage personnel, standards, and expectations
  • Train and develop team members
  • Understand and manage profit/loss, inventory control, hiring/training, payroll, security/loss prevention
  • Provide strong customer service and satisfaction mentality

Requirements
  • 4 years' experience in management and operations
  • Familiarity with warehouse, retail, or mass merchandising beneficial
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • Understanding of profit/loss, inventory control, hiring/training, payroll, security/loss prevention
  • Strong customer service and satisfaction mentality

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $55-$65k, with potential for $70-$90k or more in the first year
  • Reasonable first-year W2
  • Flexible shift hours, Monday-Friday with Saturday shifts as needed
  • Annual bonus ranging 20-40% of base salary based on performance milestones
