Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team at Friendly Ford of Roselle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient sales processes, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting required parts, provide price quotes, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Pull and fill orders from stock, notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts, and locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources.
  • Order Fulfillment: Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and special-order parts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs, stay up-to-date on new products and product updates, and maintain a professional appearance.
