Job Title: Dispensary Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team at Joyleaf NJ LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide knowledgeable recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Execute daily/weekly/monthly activities assigned by the Manager on Duty, including cash management, merchandising, and sales floor maintenance.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Project a positive image of the organization, embodying our values of knowledge, empathy, and fun.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Demands/Requirements:

This position requires the employee to frequently remain stationary (sit or stand) up to 50% of the time or more on occasion. Employees will frequently operate a computer and/or other machinery. Employees may be required to lift and carry boxes of more than 10 pounds frequently and may occasionally be required to lift boxes of more than 30 pounds.

The person in this position frequently communicates with staff members, leadership, and customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in various types of customer service, employee relations, business, and/or retail situations.

Description of Work Environment:

The position requires work at irregular hours, e.g. nights and weekends, overtime, alternating shifts.
