Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute engineering assignments, perform calculations (both manual and software-assisted), and prepare detailed reports
- Create drawings and specifications for various projects
- Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure structural integrity
- Mentor junior engineers in technical aspects of structural design
- Support Business Development by preparing proposals and estimating structural workloads for projects
- Review inquiries and submissions during the construction phase, including field testing results and material specifications
- Conduct site assessments at existing facilities and ongoing construction sites

Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of progressive design experience in steel and concrete structures
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering (with a focus on Structural Engineering) or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the job location or eligible for reciprocity within three months
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Skilled in structural analysis software such as RAM Structural System, RISA, and RAM Concept

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with federal and industrial projects
- Advanced degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering
- Familiarity with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build procurement methods
- Expertise in blast design
