Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Mentor and train Field Service Technicians.
- Ensure project execution is completed within budget and on schedule.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Coordinator to communicate manpower, equipment, and resources needed for field service and emergency response projects.
- Manage large-scale field service and emergency response initiatives as directed.
- Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Operate both light and heavy machinery, utilizing various hand and powered tools.
- Wear and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Work in diverse weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Handle environments with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
- Work in elevated noise levels and confined spaces.
- Participate in field sampling and equipment calibration activities.
- Climb ladders and scaffolding as necessary.
- Complete required paperwork, including vehicle and equipment inspections.
- Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Attend all safety and compliance meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a physically demanding role.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and physical examinations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- Background in environmental or industrial services.
- Commercial driver's license.
