Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and train Field Service Technicians.
  • Ensure project execution is completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator to communicate manpower, equipment, and resources needed for field service and emergency response projects.
  • Manage large-scale field service and emergency response initiatives as directed.
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Operate both light and heavy machinery, utilizing various hand and powered tools.
  • Wear and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Work in diverse weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Handle environments with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Work in elevated noise levels and confined spaces.
  • Participate in field sampling and equipment calibration activities.
  • Climb ladders and scaffolding as necessary.
  • Complete required paperwork, including vehicle and equipment inspections.
  • Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
  • Safely operate vehicles in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend all safety and compliance meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating basis.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a physically demanding role.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and physical examinations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Background in environmental or industrial services.
  • Commercial driver's license.
