Physical Lab Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Lab Supervisor to join our team at NOW Health Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our products.
- Laboratory Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of laboratory technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to laboratory technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of laboratory operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science related field.
- Experience: At least five years of laboratory experience, including theoretical and hands-on experience with wet chemistry/physical instruments, apparatus, and devices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications: Familiarity with general laboratory safety procedures and instrumentation, with a strong understanding of cGMP regulations.
