About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lateral Conflicts and Intake Specialist to support our team at Latitude Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive conflict checks, reviewing and analyzing potential conflicts, and collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders to gather necessary information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough conflict checks for lateral hires and new client matters, utilizing internal databases and external resources.
  • Review and analyze potential conflicts, preparing reports and recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for conflict assessments.
  • Maintain and update conflict of interest databases and intake systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for lateral hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Coordinate with the compliance team to implement and maintain policies regarding conflicts of interest and client intake.
  • Provide training and support to staff on conflict management procedures and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting conflict management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of conflicts, IntApp and Adereant experience is required.
  • Proven experience in conflict management, legal intake, or a similar role within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in conflict management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
