KPM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our portfolio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our residents and prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors to the office, including prospective residents, vendors, and current residents.
- Answer and respond to telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enter work orders and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive relationship with current residents through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare and process lease agreements for review and approval.
- Collect and verify application information for approval.
- Coordinate move-ins and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Ensure all models and 'make ready' units are presented in optimal condition.
- Conduct daily property walks to maintain curb appeal.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the property.
- Assist in coordinating resident activities to enhance retention.
- Perform administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and paperwork.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President.
- 2+ years of Leasing experience, preferably in Multifamily properties.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Onesite required.
- Trained in Fair Housing Law.
- Leasing Agent Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
