Job Description

At AccentCare, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality coordination of services for our clients and Care Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the daily activities of services being provided to clients in accordance with state regulations and company policy.
  • Function as primary support for daily EVV and payroll functions.
  • Process and communicate authorization and schedule changes to ensure coordination of service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate utilization of Care Partner teams to ensure fill rate expectations are met.
  • Research and resolve payroll and billing questions under direction from the Client Service Manager.
  • Function as liaison for Field Supervisors in communicating with payer Case Management teams.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • Previous home health care or home care experience is highly desirable.
  • High School or GED is required; Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Staffing experience is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
