Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality home care services to our clients. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients in the familiarity of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client care plans in accordance with home care agency policies and procedures.
- Provide personalized care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation to appointments.
- Collaborate with the Home Care Supervisor to ensure seamless client care and communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- At least one year of full-time experience in personal care or an institutional setting.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must be physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to handle stressful situations due to client medical conditions.
