Outreach Advocate

Rosecrance is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker to join our team. As an Outreach Worker, you will play a vital role in advocating for designated clients and facilitating their recovery into daily living situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients and participate in the delivery of addictions treatment services
• Facilitate client recovery into daily living situations
• Provide continuity of program services in a safe and therapeutic environment
• Promote treatment concepts and work cooperatively with staff to implement services

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to drive a multi-passenger vehicle in various weather conditions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and work independently and with a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements
