Job Summary

Dubak Electrical is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our industrial electrical services team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical power, controls, and instruments systems throughout industrial project sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain electrical power, controls, and instruments systems, including voltage controls, circuits, and process control instrumentation.
  • Repair and troubleshoot electrical equipment, including motors, controls, and PLC systems.
  • Conduct electrical preventative maintenance activities, including routine inspections and testing.
  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule electrical installation and construction projects, working closely with field supervision and project management personnel.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient work practices, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
Requirements and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical work, with a strong background in electrical power, controls, and instruments systems.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed, and travel for short periods to project sites outside of the Indianapolis area.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in electrical testing and calibration equipment, including pneumatic tools.
